Double room in Tooting (Bills included)

I’m looking for someone to replace me in my lovely room in Tooting!

The Room

This is a furnished room with a bed, wardrobe, and drawers. It has a window facing the back of the property which gets plenty of light.

The Flat

The flat is on the ground floor and has four bedrooms, a living room and kitchen, shared between four housemates. We also have a yard.

It’s a couple of minutes from the tube (northern line) and high street, so is extremely convenient for shops and restaurants, and is right by Tooting Common. There’s a small Sainsbury’s just across the road.

Housemates

You’ll be sharing with three professional women in their late 20s/early 30s. It’s a sociable house and it’d be lovely to find a housemate (woman preferred) who’d fit the dynamic. We all work so we’re also quiet and respectful around noise. We have a cleaning rota for all the common spaces.

We’ll be doing viewings on:
Mon 17th (evening)
Tue 18th (evening)
Sunday 23rd (Afternoon)
