2 Double Rooms in Friendly Toots House Share

Hiya! We’re looking for 2 new housemates to join our relaxed, comfortable home in Tooting ☺️

1 existing housemate is moving out for work, and the other to live with his gf, leaving us needing 2 new housemates!!

It's a spacious 4-bed house with an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area and a big garden which we absolutely love - it was such an amazing space all summer! Street parking is available with a permit.

Room 1
- Large furnished double bedroom on the ground floor.
- Comes with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and extra storage - everything shown in the photos is included (apart from the TV stand).

Room 2
- Furnished double bedroom upstairs
- Comes with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers and shelving - everything shown in the photos is included
- **Room 2 also comes with office space in the garden** our current housemate uses this as his office, and has his bike/turbo trainer in there too!

There are two bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) - and we have never find ourselves waiting

Bills are around £150 per month (Tooting has cheap council tax - Band D) - this also includes a fortnightly cleaner for all the communal areas.

Room 1 - Available from 23rd December though I think our current housemate would be willing to move out a few days earlier if it worked for both of you.

Room 2 - New lease would again start on 23rd December though housemate would be willing to move out from 30th November if it suited you!

You’ll be sharing with me (Bella!) and Pierce - we are two kind and friendly housemates who’ve lived here for two years. I'm a Nutritionist and Pierce is a Project Manager.

We work from home 3-4 days a week. The house is spacious enough that it never feels crowded. You would of course be welcome to work from home too!

You’ll also be sharing the living space with my corgi, Peaches! She’s super friendly and gentle and stays downstairs. Please only msg if you’re comfortable with dogs 🍑

We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy and considerate who likes dogs, who’ll help make the house feel like home. We’ve got a nice balance of hanging out and doing our own thing. (You'll need to pass all relevant checks with the lettings agent too).
