Hello! Friendly, cheap and big house available in Tooting Bec
The room is a really nice size and has big double doors that lead out the garden with your own veranda (so nice to work out here in summer). You’ll be living with 3 girls 26-29yo who all work full time. We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and easy to get on with.
Rent is £644 excl. bills, which come to £120-£140 per month. Deposit is £798. Name changeover fee of £150
The house has a large living room, large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a spare room for storage and garden. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. The desk, chair, mirror and bedside table are mine but can be left for a fee. We have a lovely cleaner that comes every two weeks and this is included in the bills.
Move in date 25th January (option to move in later but rent to be paid from this date)
