We are currently looking to find a lovely, easy-going flatmate to fit into our 2-bed flat. We are also open to couples x

1st December 2025
Obviously this is a bit short notice and are of course open to being flexible. Sadly our old housemate had to move back to Australia urgently, so just trying to make it easier for her.

We are open to a shorter 1 month stay if you were wanting something short term as well.

🏡 About the Flat

A bright, cosy 2-bed flat with one bathroom, super close to the train station!

The room includes:

-King-single bed frame with storage + mattress
We also have sheets and an electric blanket you’re welcome to have while staying here.
-Wardrobe
-Chest of drawers
-the room is on the opposite side of the house to the main road, so it’s lovely and quiet.

Shared spaces:

A spacious kitchen including washing machine/dryer and dishwasher.
A south facing living room with huge windows! We also have a small dining room in this space, perfect for if you work hybrid.

£900 pcm

Bills around £120 (seasonal)

📍 Location

1 min to tooting overground station

Lidl 2 mins away (other side of the road)

Great cafés, pubs, bars and restaurants all within 15 minutes.

15 mins walk to tooting broadway station for the Northern line, or about an 8 mins bus ride. The station is right next to a big Sainsbury’s.

Tooting Broadway markets are also a 15 mins walk, which rumour has it is Gordon Ramseys favourite place to come…

We are also getting an M&S soon 🎉

Laura – I work in events, so my work schedule does vary, although typically in the office Mon-Thurs and work from home on Fri. I love being outgoing, always happy to have a wine, a shared meal and a yap after work. Loves cooking, crafty things and exploring London!

Brent – works as a waiter at Core restaurant, usually works nights Tues-Sat but again can vary sometimes. Is a bit more of a home body and loves reading and drawing. He also gets to bring home very fancy wine from work which is always a bonus!

We are both Australian, been together for about four years now and have been living in London now for about a year. We are both friendly, social

We are ideally looking for someone who is chill and easy-going who will fit in well with us and the house.
