Double room with own balcony

Hi everyone!

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our home. We’re two young professionals- outgoing, sociable, and a good mix of enjoying nights out and evenings in. You’ll be living with Matt (works in tech) and Sullivan (actor/comedian). Matt loves cooking and music, and Sullivan loves a board game (sometimes we do game nights if you’re keen!).

We keep the flat clean and would love someone who shares similar values.

About the room:
• Very spacious and freshly painted
• Private balcony with a great view
• Large wardrobe
• Modern, open-plan kitchen and living area

Bathroom:
• Shared with one other person
• Big shower with great water pressure

The room can be available later if needed - we’re quite flexible. When messaging us about the room, please include when you’d like to move in.
