Our lovely flatmate is moving back to NZ, so we are looking to fill a room in our home in Tooting.

🗓️ Move in: available from 20th December (flexible)

💰Price: £915.50 pm (plus bills which are approx £100 pm). Deposit is £1095.

🛏️Room: Double room comes with bed and wardrobe. Plus bedroom furniture for sale if needed (draws, bedside draws, and mirror).

🏡 House: 2 storey end terraced home. We have a large open plan living space, two bathrooms with a garden and lots of storage.

-Bus stop right outside for the 333, 127 and 57.
-Under ground - 12 min walk to tooting Broadway
-National rail - 10min walk to Tooting station.
-Tooting Bec - 10 min walk to Tooting Common (great for walks and picnics in the summer!🌻🌻)

Katelyn (29) - works in insurance
Amy (24) - works in public sector
Hannah (25) - works in HR

We all work in London and occasionally wfh.

We are looking for someone that wants to be friends, we love curling up watching movies together, going out for dinner, heading to the pub and the occasional boogie! We also love exploring new parts of London and taking advantage of the beautiful city we call home. We also do respect each others own space and time!

The new tenant will need to go through reference checks, therefore ideally someone with a full time job.

We have a wonderful landlord who takes very good care of us!
