🐥 Flatmates are lovely! Helya (24) works in recruitment and loves karate, Korean food, going to the gym and can’t say no to a cheeky tv show/film in the eve. Nat (28) is a primary school teacher and loves running, films, reading. Third flatmate TBC as my current other flatmate Cat is leaving, but new person chosen by Nat and Helya so full trust in their choice 💘💘💘 Everyone’s really chill, so you’re welcome to bring things and really make the communal areas your own! Overall v cosy, welcoming, friendly flat vibe that always ends in proper belly laughs. Sad to be leaving!
🐥 The flat is 4 bedrooms, and a spacious joint kitchen/living room with dining table, and a spacious bathroom.
🐥 The room is super cosy, esp in the eve with fairy lights on! It gets gorgeous natural light (as does the bathroom and living room). Happy to snap a pic for you on a day with blue sky! Lots of shelves for storage and room under the bed too. Desk folds out (there’s an extender I took off so it can go even bigger). Double bed, mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe all included. Shelving is all built-in anyway.
🐥 New tenancy would start 1st Jan, but move in is obviously flexible from then. Let me know if interested and we can book a viewing asap! ☺️
