A furnished double bedroom is available in a modern, fully furnished flat in the heart of Tooting from mid January. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, and potentially a desk.

The flat is in an excellent location - just a 5-minute walk to both Tooting Broadway and Tooting Bec stations. Lidl is less than a minute away, with Superdrug/Primark/Sainsbury’s just a few minutes’ walk. We’re also surrounded by great pubs, restaurants, and are very close to Tooting Market.

You’ll be living with two other guys:

We’re both working professionals: tidy, friendly, and social. We’re no stranger to a few pints.

A fun bonus of the flat is that we share a front door with the neighbouring flat of three great girls, who we get on really well with. We often organise house-wide events like dinner parties and themed drinks nights, which makes the place feel like a bigger, social household.

This is definitely a social home, so we’re looking for someone who’s not only tidy, respectful, and reliable, but also keen to be mates and contribute to the good energy we already have.

Bills: approximately £100 per month
Contract: runs until October, with the option to renew
We’ve been living here since October 2024 and recently renewed without any issues.
