We have one room available in our Tooting flat, as our current flatmate is moving out with her friends. We’re looking for someone who can move on the 1st March 2026.
You’ll be sharing the flat with myself, James (my partner) and Mia! 😊

Tidy, chilled, and value a good balance between socialising and downtime. We treat the flat like a home and enjoy a relaxed, respectful vibe. Looking for someone who's friendly, considerate and clean.

Unfortunately no students or couples.

Rent: £650.00 per month

Bills: approx. £80.00 - £100.00 per month
(includes Octopus Energy, WiFi, Council Tax, and Thames Water)

The room:
- Double bed
- Bed frame and mattress included
- Built in wardrobe and storage space
- Communal bathroom shared with just one other flatmate

The flat:
- 3-bedroom flat
- Washing machine and dryer
- Shared large open-plan living room and kitchen
- Managed by Foxtons, so referencing will be required (proof of income, previous landlord reference, proof of current address, and right-to-rent check)
- Although managed by Foxtons, we’re in direct contact with the landlord, who is super lovely, extremely personable and very easy to communicate with
- Zero Deposit Scheme – no deposit required, however, the landlord requires one month's rent payable in advance to reserve the room
- Rolling contract with Foxtons (tenants need to provide 2 months notice)
