This furnished room comes with a double bed, large double wardrobe and chest of draws. It also has its own en-suite with bath/shower.

The house has a relaxed fun vibe with friendly housemates, working a mix of hybrid/wfh. In the summer we often have bbqs in the private garden, and will often go for drinks / food locally. There's 2 boys and 2 girls currently.

It's a fantastic location for commuters - both Tooting Broadway tube station and Tooting rail station are in walking distance so you'll have easy access to the city.

There's also the option of a parking space on the driveway.
