Closest transport links are Tooting Broadway for the Underground (19 minute walk or 10 minutes with bus), Streatham Common for the Overground (22 minutes walk) and great bus links directly into central London (6 minutes walk). It sounds like a long way from the tube but it’s a lovely walk and goes in no time.

The room comes with a large desk perfect for working from home, a bookcase, and two large wardrobes so there’s loads of storage. It looks out onto the patio and gets plenty of natural light, making it a really nice space to spend time in.

Available from 26th February.
There is six months left on the current contract and the potential to extend after that.

You’ll be living with a group of friendly, fun housemates who genuinely enjoy spending time together, so shared dinners, movie nights, the occasional pub trip, and good chats in the kitchen while still being respectful of personal space.
