All communal furniture and household items remain, including sofas, dining table, TV, kitchen appliances, cookware, and cutlery.
Despite being in a lively area, the flat itself feels comfortable, well-insulated, and calm.

He’s away for work some weeks during the week and back most weekends, so the flat often feels quiet, with a good balance of sociable and chilled living when he’s back.
