Cosy Ensuite - Great Value

I’m advertising my room as I’m looking to move to pastures new.

I’ve lived in the house for a little over a year, and now that I’ve changed jobs I’m also moving!

The room itself is cosy, faces south (lots of light), and has a good amount of space for the price. The bathroom has a sink, small storage cabinet, standing shower, and a toilet.

Would come furnished with a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, a small bedside unit with drawers, standalone side table thing (I don’t know what it’s called in all honesty).

I do have a desk and a chair which I’m happy to leave if you wfh (might ask for £25 or something but can negotiate).

You’d be sharing with 1 other guy (Joe) and 3 girls (Evie, Kristen, Kirilly/Kizz). Mix of English, American and Aussie, between 25-31. All very chilled and have their own lives, but the occasional drink/night out is there!

For any avid runners - a few of the existing housemates do regularly go running either at run clubs or solo, so I’m sure you’d be welcome to join.

The house is roughly a 10-12 minute walk from Tooting Broadway (northern line), and a 5ish minute walk from Tooting Overground (thameslink).

Plenty of shops nearby, Lidl is about 5 mins away (the key info!)

Bills are mostly included - only ones to pay are gas/electric which is via meter. Comes to roughly £80-90 per person (at highest) in the winter, and less over summer. Council tax, WiFi & water are included within the rent - so all in you MIGHT pay £950 per month on the higher side for an en-suite in Tooting (not bad!)

As I’m potentially leaving my lease early, you’d need to commit to the remainder (up to May 7) + 6 months.

I’m ideally looking to move asap, but I’m also looking around and haven’t fully sorted anything 100% so I don’t have a fixed timeline.
