Hi we are looking for a female ( please don't respond to this if you are of a male as we are trying to keep a gender balance) to join our friendly home, sharing with 3 other professionals.
The house is chilled, clean and tidy, and friendly, everyone likes to think of the house as a home.

Located 7min from Tooting Broadway tube.

The room is a sunny quiet fully furnished room with double bed, (new mattress) chest of draws, wardrobe ( a must see pictures don't do much justice).

The house is fitted with all mod cons including Community Fibre Broadband and good-sized living room and kitchen with dining area.
Rent includes all bills.
