The house is 5 minutes walk to Streatham Common station, getting you to Balham in 5mins, Clapham in 10mins and London Victoria in 20mins.

We carefully select our tenants to ensure a positive house dynamic, and you'll have the opportunity to meet everyone before you decide to move forward! 💯

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, bi-weekly gardener and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £100 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👍
