I’m looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate to take over a lovely room in the flat I currently live in, as my flatmate is moving abroad.

• Bills: approx. £180/month per person

• Move-in date: 15th June

🏡 I’ve lived here for 2.5 years and genuinely love it – it’s been a great place to live.

📄 Important note:
The tenancy will need to be renewed on 15th June, so I’m looking for someone who is able to share the contract.
