Double room in friendly house share!

Hey!

I’m looking for someone to take over my double room in Tooting Broadway.

I am leaving our lovely house share to move overseas, I’ve lived here for 2 years and loved it! We have an open plan lounge and kitchen which is really social and spacious, along with a little garden, perfect for BBQs! We’re less than a 10 minute walk from Tooting Broadway station, connecting you to the Northern Line and a bus stop at the end of the road with regular buses to Earlsfield and Clapham Junction.

The housemates are really friendly, tidy and respectful. There are 4 housemates, a couple and 2 girls, therefore we’d be looking for another girl to take my room. You’d be sharing the bathroom with the 2 girls.
We have lots of hobbies between us including, cycling, climbing, games and of course going to the pub! We are all working and on different schedules but often hangout together in the evenings or on weekends if we’re home.

The room is £815 per month, excluding bills, which usually are no more than £80 per month. It is fully furnished with the bed, mattress, shelves, wardrobes and two sets of draws.

The room is available from the 30th June. We’re on a rolling monthly tenancy and we deal directly with the landlord who is very responsive.

Ideally we’d like to hold viewings on the 13th & 14th May, let me know if the house sounds like a good fit and you’d like to view or any questions!
