There are two brand new bathrooms, one on each floor, each with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror and storage 👌

Outside, there’s a lovely private garden, perfect for BBQs, outdoor dining, or simply enjoying the sunshine. ☀️🍖

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD 🏘️
You'll be perfectly positioned for easy travel and local convenience. A quick 5-10 minute walk gets you to Tooting Broadway tube station on the Northern line providing easy access direct trains to Central London and the City. Excellent bus links are also available 🚇

Everything you need for daily life is within easy reach, with the infamous Tooting High Street a 5 minute walk from the house offering a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, gyms etc 🛒🛍️

You’ll be sharing this home with three other working professionals similar to you. Since the house has just been fully refurbished and is currently empty, you and your new housemates will be the very first to move in and enjoy the fresh space! We already have two housemates currently going through the process:
🔹Jess (23): Works in Fashion and enjoys the gym, baking, cinema and photography.
🔹Harry (29): Teacher who enjoys music, sports, pubs, trivia, and astronomy.
🔹Brian (29): Actuary who enjoys tennis, table tennis, padel, gym, watching football and F1

We know that great chemistry is key to a happy home, so you’ll have the opportunity to meet them to ensure it’s a perfect fit before signing your contract. ⭐ 💯

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £100 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👍
