Large Ensuite Room in Tooting House Share

We’ve got a large double ensuite room becoming available in our Tooting house share and are looking for someone to take over.

£1400 per month + bills which come to around £70-90 per month.

You’ll be living with 3 lads in our mid-20s who all work full-time. The house has a good balance of being social but not feeling like a student house. We’ll head to the pub, stick the football on, or have a bbq/few drinks together, but everyone also has their own thing going on.

The room itself is the biggest in the house (215sqft) with plenty of storage and the bonus of having your own ensuite bathroom.

We’re ideally looking for another young professional who’s friendly, tidy, and up for the occasional chat in the kitchen or pint at the local. No pressure to be everyone’s best mate, but we’d like someone who wants to be part of the house rather than just rent a room.

The house is in a great location: 7 minute walk to Tooting Broadway Northern Line. 5 min walk to Tooting Thameslink Station. Big Sainsburys/M&S 5 min. Sainsburys Local 1min. Snap Fitness Gym 1min. Nice pubs/cafe’s etc: Everything you need in walking distance.
