Tooting Double Room in 4-bed. Move-in 1st August.

1st August Move Date!

My friends and I (3 working professionals in Central London) are looking for somebody to take a room in a let we have already agreed!

The house is 5 minutes walking from Tooting Broadway station, has a big living room, kitchen and patio garden.

We're still working out exact rent splits but one of the three equal double rooms available will be at most £925pcm! There's also a much bigger room that if someone is more interested in we're willing to discuss it!

We've known each other for a few years and get along well, but decided to go for a 4bed to meet some new people - so we want it to be a fairly social house! We do also appreciate everyone needs their own space at times 😎

We're all 23/24, clean and tidy, and want to make it a nice liveable space. We like a pub trip, board games night, bbq, anything and everything! Ideally want someone of a similar age but we're open to anybody and anyone 😁!
