Double bedroom tooting

Hi!
I'm a professional currently living in London, but I'll be moving out of the city for at least three months due to a new work opportunity. I'm therefore looking for someone to rent my room during that period.
The room is spacious, bright, and fully furnished. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, and plenty of storage space.
📍 Location The house is just a 5-minute walk from Tooting Broadway Underground Station (Northern Line), making it easy to get into Central London. The area is lively and convenient, with plenty of supermarkets, shops, cafés, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance.
You'll be sharing the house with three friendly male professionals who work full-time. I'm looking for someone who is respectful, tidy, and happy to live in a relaxed shared house.
Available from: Mid-August
Length of stay: Approximately 3 months
