£750.00 per month plus bills. £657.50 deposit. Move in date August 31st.

Rent is paid on the 14th of every month. Bills come to around £130.00 per month (maybe slightly higher in winter months) and includes a fortnightly cleaner, wifi, council tax, water and gas.

HOUSE: The house boasts a cosy living room and dining area with recently bought new couches, a TV and all the streaming services you could ask for! Great bathroom with shower/bath. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, gas hob and air-fryer. There’s a spacious backyard area for outdoor hangs and grassy lie downs, and a small room dedicated for clothes drying! The landlord is wonderfully responsive and is not an ass.

HOUSEMATES: You’ll be sharing with two delightful young men, Lloyd 🇬🇧 (29) and Andy 🇳🇿 (31) who we can vouch are fantastic housemates! Lloyd has lived in the house for 4.5 years and is a software consultant who is WFH Monday-Friday, enjoys hiking, festivals, socialising with mates and playing Tennis/Volleyball. Andy has lived in the house for 2 years and just successfully landed a Lead Creative Design position at a social media company, WFH 2 days a week. He enjoys photography, live music, running, tennis and trying to be a travel influencer. The boys are both keen to have housemates they can have a chat with and a hang out, bonus if you like a festival, but also value that solo quiet time too! This house has always operated well with 2 gals and 2 guys between 20s and 30s so we’re looking to maintain that balance.

LOCATION: A 7 minute walk from Tooting Bec Underground (Northern Line) with a wealth of bus options also. There’s Tesco Express at the end of the street, a short walk to Lidl and big Sainsbury’s, a pharmacy, cute Deli, The Wheatsheaff and The King’s Head pubs, mouth-watering Indian and Pakistani restaurants and cute coffee shops! Not to mention a short stroll from Tooting Common (hello Lido) and Tooting Broadway Market.
