The flat is located on first floor less than 10 minutes away from both Tooting station (Thameslink every half hour all the way to kingsX through the city) and Tooting Broadway (northern line), there are also many buses and commuting anywhere from here is very easy. Plenty of shops, gyms, food places and amenities all around. Tooting common 15 mins walk away.

Flat is a 2 bedrooms with shared living room and kitchen, all furnitures and appliances including dish washer, there’s also a spacious terrace

the en suite is slightly larger and fit a desk too, room 2 has its own bathroom just outside the room. There’s also 2 fridges so not sharing that

Landlord would prefer 2 females or mixed for a new occupancy
