I’m looking for someone to take over my position on an existing joint tenancy, as I’m moving out.

• Shared main entrance to the property
• Quiet, friendly neighbours downstairs

🐶 Pet-friendly
My co-tenant has a small dog — a Yorkie — so the incoming tenant would need to be comfortable living with a dog/pets. 🐾

🪑 Furniture
Please note that the flat will look different from some of the photos/videos. The bulk of the furniture currently shown, including the majority of the plants, belongs to me and will be moving when I leave. My co-tenant does have replacement furniture for this living space.

The incoming tenant is welcome to bring their own furniture where needed if they have and want. This also gives you the opportunity to make the flat your own. 😊

The flat is in a quiet and attractive part of Tooting, while still being close to local shops, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities. Tooting Common is also just a short walk away. 🌿

Approximately £130 per month

The incoming tenant will need to complete referencing, checks & approval through the letting agency.
A deposit will be required, with the exact details and arrangements handled directly by the letting agency.
