Room available in our lovely spacious house in Tooting Broadway - from 16th September!

We’re looking for a lovely new housemate to join us in SW17 ✨

Room details:

£1,100 per month
£1,100 deposit
Bills approx. £110 - £200 a month (depending on season)
(WiFi, council tax, gas + electric, water and cleaner twice a month)

Nearest tube: Tooting Broadway 10 mins

The house is spread over 3 floors, so there’s plenty of space - we have a living room, dining space and kitchen with an outside garden and you’d only be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The house comes furnished but we have made it our own with homely touches!
The room itself comes finished with a bed+ mattress, wardrobe and plenty room for a desk for wfh or other furniture pieces. And there are storage spaces around the house. High ceilings, great lighting and is a quiet room.

You’d be living with Natasha, 34 originally from Durham - works in fashion, hybrid, loves yoga, finding new London food spots and city breaks.

Ché, 35 – also works in fashion on a hybrid basis, loves dancing, is from London and is a great cook!
We’re both friendly and easy-going, have our own lives, but like the house to feel like an actual home rather than living with strangers. Looking for someone similar – clean, considerate, sociable and up for the odd chat/catch-up. We’ve both lived at the property 12+ months.

Great location for Tooting Broadway tube, plus loads of restaurants, cafés, gyms and everything Tooting has to offer.
