Big room in Tooting house share

We have a spare room in our house we are looking to fill to start 18th December. We have lived in the house for almost two years and we absolutely love it and the area! I am buying a house and therefore moving out.

All rooms are very spacious and we have a laundry room which is extremely handy! The garden is a great size and is lovely in the summer months. There are two bathrooms on the property.

The room comes with a bed, but all other furnishings will leave the room.

The house is situated ~10 mins walk from Tooting Broadway tube station and ~5 mins walk from Tooting main line station. There is a bus stop at the end of the road also (57/333/127). There is a Sainsburys Local 2 mins walk away, and a big Lidl by Tooting main station.

A little about us: Will works as a Cabinetmaker, Max is in insurance and Lewis is a in business development. We all get on really well, so we are looking for someone to socialise with us! We all like music, going to gigs, going out to pubs/bars/etc, but equally enjoy an evening in front of the TV. We all enjoy going to the gym too.

Looking for someone similar, male or female.

We have a cleaner that comes twice a month, broadband and YouView. All bills come to roughly £60 per month.

Rent is £643.75 per month, deposit is £891.36.
