If SpareRoom is becoming StressRoom, come live somewhere that’s actually relaxing. I’m mostly a live-out landlord, and you’ll have full use of the whole house and sunny garden. 🤩

1 double bedroom (fresh white decor)
New mattress (changed within the last 6 months)
Photos from July 2024; happy to do video/virtual tour or send updated clips
The home:
Lounge: huge TV - perfect for movie nights
Broadband: 150 Mbps
Kitchen + dining: new fridge, cooker, microwave, double sink, full kit of utensils/pans, plus iron & board
Bathroom: very clean
Storage: rear verandah area for extra bits
Garden: proper sun trap - barbeques, morning coffee, workouts, or just a chill on the loungers
House vibe:
Safe, secure, drama-free, calm and friendly. Not a party house, but there’s plenty of laughter and good chat. Ideal if you want a home base to unwind from hectic London life while still loving the city.
Current housemates (J & K): busy professionals who keep things tidy and relaxed. We’ve shared with brilliant people from 🇪🇸 🇳🇿 🇭🇺 🏴 🇱🇻 🏴 🇵🇱 🇦🇺 🇿🇦 🌈

Handy convenience store, Italian deli, café & coffee shop nearby
Deliveries are safe - never had a package go missing

Everything legal & compliant (gas safety, smoke & CO alarms)
No pets, sorry
Mon–Fri lets considered
Rent has some flex: we’re keen to find the right long-term housemate
