*About Us*
We're looking for two women to join our lovely home, who value cleanliness and tidiness and enjoy the occasional glass of wine chilling in the lounge.

*Your Room*
The spacious double rooms come with wardrobes, ample drawer space, a double bed, a bedside table & desk. Check out the floor plan to get an idea of the room sizes - rooms 2 & 5!

*The House*
Our three-storey fully furnished house has 4 large double bedrooms with a shared living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a smaller storage room (we use this for laundry).

The rent for the room is £900 per month, with bills at £135 per month. This covers gas/electric, council tax, the fastest Virgin Internet, water, TV licence, and household supplies.

*Location*
We're in a great location, a 5-minute walk from Tooting Bec tube station (Northern Line, and close to a good selection of restaurants, bars, and pubs). There is a Sainsbury's, Tesco & corner shop only a few minutes away, which is a lifesaver when we're feeling rough on a Sunday! We're also down the road from Tooting Broadway, where we love to go out with friends from around the area.

*Viewings*
We will do in-person viewings on the evenings of the 14th, 15th, 20th & 21st of May.

*Total Price*
The total to move in is £1,935 - covering your first months' rent, bills & deposit.
