The rent for the room is £900 per month, with bills at £137 per month. This covers gas/electric, council tax, the fastest Virgin Internet, water, TV licence, and household supplies.

We're in a great location, a 5-minute walk from Tooting Bec tube station (Northern Line, and close to a good selection of restaurants, bars, and pubs). There is a Sainsbury's, Tesco & corner shop only a few minutes away, which is a lifesaver when we're feeling rough on a Sunday! We're also down the road from Tooting Broadway, where we love to go out with friends from around the area.

The total to move in is £1,937 - covering your first months' rent, bills & deposit.
