*About Us*
We’re three friends in our early 30s looking for a woman to join our home. We're sociable and enjoy spending time together, but also respect each other’s space. It's a relaxed and friendly house rather than a party house. We all work regular 9-5 weekday hours, a mix of office & WFH.

We're big dog lovers and look after a lovely spaniel called Dexter once a week, see photos.

Our three-storey, fully furnished house has 4 large double bedrooms with a shared living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a smaller storage room (we use this for laundry).

We’re in a great location, about a 5-minute walk from Tooting Bec tube station on the Northern Line (25 minutes to central).
There’s a good selection of restaurants, bars and pubs nearby, plus Sainsbury's, Tesco and a corner shop just a few minutes away, which is a lifesaver on a Sunday. We’re also close to Tooting Broadway, where we often meet friends locally.
