Single Room In Tooting Bec (Short Term Only)

Room available from April 4th in Tooting Bec as our flatmate is moving out. We are looking for someone just for a month. Flat located literally next to the tube station. It's super convenient and near to all shops, supermarkets, restaurants, gyms and pools. Room comes with a single bed, desk and chair, a wooden shelves and a wardrobe. Room recently repainted. We are looking for someone friendly, social, considerate, tidy and clean. Non-smokers apply only. We do clean the flat on rota basis.
400£ per month ALL BILLS and WIFI INCLUDED.
There is not living room in the flat. Flat to share with 2 others.

PS: The bed in front of the wardrobe can be located in between the warbrode as you can clearly see in the pics as the wardrobe is designed to accommodate a single bed. It's the current tenant decision to keep the bed in front of the wardrobe in order to enjoy more space within the room.
