Double Room in Tooting Bec

Two of our housemates are moving out so their double rooms have become available!

The first room (£670 rent) is at the back of the house, on the first floor with a bathroom and another bathroom downstairs. The two current housemates are Freya & Ella. Freya and this room are on the first / second floor and Ella is on the ground floor.

The room comes with a double bed & mattress and desk

The second bedroom (£710 rent) is on the first floor, next door to the above room available. This room has a double bed, mattress, wardrobe & chest of drawers

The house has an open plan kitchen/living room, with access to a garden. The house is in a great location - about 6 min walk to Tooting Bec station on the Northern Line and great access to pubs, parks & restaurants.

About the housemates:
Freya is an event manager, who is in the office Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Freya enjoys reading, cooking, documentaries & wine.

Ella is a market researcher, who is in the office twice a week. Ella loves going to gigs, reading, cooking, and going to the pub!

We love to hang out as a group, whether it be watching a documentary together, having group reading sessions or going for a walk (followed by the pub)!
