The Flat
This ground floor maisonette/flat has recently undergone a full refurbishment and includes (i) 3 furnished double bedrooms, (ii) a newly installed kitchen with white goods included (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, new boiler, oven/cooker, extractor fan), (iii) a shared living room furnished with sofas and a dining table, and (iv) a spacious, newly installed shared bathroom.
The kitchen has a side exit which opens onto a large garden which is shared with the upstairs flat, perfect for summer chilling (weather dependant!). The flat also comes with a significant storage area located under the stairs to the above flat (see images).

The bedrooms

Ideal Tenants / Requirements
We’re looking for three professionals who are preferably in permanent, full-time employment and aged between 23-35 who are looking for a lovely, newly refurbished place to call home for a minimum 12 months’ stay.
We’re private landlords who luckily live a 5 minutes’ drive away and hence will be responsive in the case of any issues, however, in return would ask that you are respectful of the space and willing to keep it clean and tidy.
Key requirements: no pets, no couples, no smokers.

The flat is a 3-minute walk from Tooting Bec Tube Station (Northern Line) and a similar distance from the closest bus stop, with regular buses to Balham and Clapham Junction.
The Local Area
The flat is located on a quiet, residential (one-way) road, and the surrounding area is very safe. A few local shops and cafés are located a few minutes’ walk away including a Sainsbury’s Local and Tesco Express. For those who enjoy the great outdoors, Tooting Bec Common is also only a 5-minute walk away.
