Lovely room for female in Tooting Bec

The landlords of the property are looking to put the flat on the market so this is not going to be a long-term let. My current flatmate needs to relocate for work at the end of August but the landlords have said my-self and my potential new flatmate can stay in the flat until the sale is completed.

My name’s Hannah and I’m looking for someone to move into a friendly flat share in Tooting Bec. It’s a lovely flat that’s only a 5 minute walk from Tooting Bec tube . There’s lots of nice pubs and restaurants just around the corner and there’s also the gorgeous Tooting Bec Common 5 minutes away. I’m a 36 year old teacher from Norfolk. I enjoy going to the pub, cooking and going for walks. Looking to share with someone I can watch Netflix with and have a glass of wine with on occasions but is also happy to do their own thing. Also someone who is quite chilled during the week as I have early starts as a teacher. Bills come to around £100ish a month.

The flat is available to view on Thursday 18th July or alternatively can arrange viewings at the end of August as I'm away for most of the summer holidays. This is a short-term let as the landlords are planning on selling the flat. It is only available from the start of September.
