Large house, sharing with lovely sociable family. We are just a 3 minute walk to Tooting Bec Tube which is on the Northern Line or 5 minute walk to Balham which is overground. Also a very short walk to the local amenities of Tooting (1 min) and Balham (5 minute walk) The common is at the end of the street. There is also a gym at the end of the road.

My husband and I work full time and our 2 children (age 13 and 11) are in school. We are sociable and fun! We have a large kitchen diner and garden that you can use.

The room is fully furnished and quiet, all bills included including a cleaner.
