There is no gas at the property as everything is electric including the modern heaters. And no active phone line as no one uses them pretty much but you can activate if you need.
Parking is on street normal metered or residence parking, mon-fri 9:30am - 5pm, if you commute by car. So no need to pay for parking if you use your car for work.
