My flatmate Lucy is moving out of London in July so I’m looking for someone to replace her in our lovely little Tooting home.

**🌟AREA**
The flat is ideally located with just a 2 minute walk from Tooting Bec station and a 10 minute walk from Tooting Common. The are also lots of shops nearby including Lidl, Tesco and Sainsbury’s which are all under a 5 min walk away.

**🔎 FLAT DETAILS**

The flat is split across two floors, with the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower level and the kitchen/living space above.

The bedroom is unfurnished while the shared living room/kitchen has furniture. The room is £800 a month not including bills. The bills (per month) are usually around £100.

**🏡THE FLATMATE**

Karla (32F). I moved to London from Spain 5 years ago and work in University events. I love all the normal things: music, art, food, cinema and a big glass of wine at the end of the day whether is on a Monday or Friday, just when life gets hard (or not). I’m hoping to live with someone that shares some of my interests and is social, easy-going and independent. As a flatmate, I like to make dinners together, visit galleries, go shopping, but I also appreciate my own time and space 🤗.
