I am moving out of this fantastic house share at the end of June and we are looking for a replacement.

This is a fully furnished single room including single bed, bedside table, mirror, spacious wardrobe and bookshelves.

The property has a large fully furnished kitchen, a communal area with TV, two bathrooms and is split over three floors with a sunny garden out back.

The property is a 5 min walk to Tooting Bec station on the Northern Line which only takes 25 mins into central London.

Council tax and water bill included.

Current housemates are as follows:

Carlos - 32 years old, lived here for four years.

China - 30 years old, lived here for six years.

Sanjay - 25 years old, lived here for two years.

Jodie– 26 years old, new housemate.

I have live here for three years, and I’m sad to be leaving!

Everyone is very chilled, there is a large communal area so plenty of space. Even working from home the last year we’ve still found there’s been ample room for all us.
