Double room in Tooting Bec

A double room available from 26th April in a lovely Tooting Bec house share!
There are currently 3 guys, all professionals between the ages of 25-35. Our place is a large, fully furnished house over three floors..

We are only an 8-minute walk from Tooting Bec underground and bus routes are a minute away - so really well connected! There is a Tesco just at the end of the road as well as a Lidl and there are lots of local and independent shops nearby too. Tooting Bec is a great area to live - it has numerous shops, cafes, bars and pubs. Tooting Bec Common is also only a 10 minute walk away.

THE HOUSE
There is a spacious sunny garden with a BBQ and chairs/table.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need: an oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine.

The living room has a comfy corner sofa and TV. There is also Virgin Broadband throughout the house.

BEDROOM : A double room with large window, providing lots of light. It is fully furnished with double bed and mattress, wardrobe, and large chest of drawers.

The monthly rent is £835 for the room including all bills.
