3 month let Double Room available (with a dog)

My wonderful friend/housemate is moving back home to Glasgow so I have a double room to rent for 3 months from end of July.

The flat itself is a period property with a garden, dishwasher, double shower, central heating, gas hob, fan oven, living room with extendable dining table and a large 4K TV, with Virgin TV and broadband (all included).

The room has a built in wardrobe with lots of storage space, as well as a cabinet of drawers and lots of space under the bed.

As it’s only a 3 month let the minimum let is also 3 months for ease on both sides but I can be flexible with move out/move in dates!

The flat is 10 minute walk to both Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway underground stations, where you can get the Northern line and or change to the Victoria line into central London in around half an hour. It’s also very near to Tooting Common, lots of nice brunch places, restaurants, pubs and useful shops. There is also a spare parking permit and always lots of spaces outside the flat, if you have a car.

I’m a very clean and tidy person and, although I own the flat I’d like you to feel very at home. I’m sociable and love cooking, hosting dinner parties and trying new restaurants.

I also have a 3 year old Cavapoo, Benji, who is very well behaved, friendly and cuddly - so if you’re a dog lover that’s a big plus!

I work as a Change Manager in Tech in the city 1/2 days of the week and wfh the rest of the time.

The flat and all furnishings are included, except for a duvet and pillows. The mattress is a couple years old has had a mattress protector on. There is also a TV on the wall which will work with Wi-Fi.

All bills are included in the rent, which include: WiFi, Virgin TV, council tax, water, gas and electricity.
