Weekday Let in Spacious Tooting House

My name is Jennie and I live in Tooting Bec. I'm looking for a weekday lodger to share to my home with. It's a spacious three bedroom home, with a separate dining and living room, and I use one of the larger bedrooms as a study to work from home occasionally. The flat is south-west facing, and has a massive garden so it gets loads of light. The flat is on a well-lit, quiet street, just a two minute walk from the tube station.

I work as an analyst in the wine industry, so it’s a benefit if you’re into wine! I have two (outdoor) cats who can be very friendly, but they’ll leave you alone if you don’t like cats. Because of the cats, I keep the flat extra clean and tidy, and I’m looking someone who has similar standards. I own the flat, and keep it in really good condition, and like to look after the garden as well, which is lovely to chill out in during the spring/summer. The building was built around 110 years ago and has a lot of its original features still intact, such as original fireplaces in every room. In my spare time (mostly at the weekends), I like to play the piano, read and I’m fairly sociable, although I don’t have people over that often.
