A furnished single room has become available in our 4 bedroom flatshare.

The room consists of a small double bed, with storage underneath, a wardrobe, a small desk and a chest of draws . We also have a storage cupboard for any excess suitcases.

You would be sharing with a South African couple, a British guy and an Irish girl.

Rent is £584.28 and payable on the 18th monthly. The deposit is £493.43. Our landlords would require references, UK bank account and a permanent job.

The monthly bills are payable on the 1st monthly which includes 1 Gig Virgin Media broadband, Water, Council Tax, House Insurance, Washing Machine rental, Household products and TV Licence. Normally between £100 - £150 a month.

Our current lease is until the 18th April 2026, which rolls over annually. All flatmates are registered on the lease.

We are looking for a tidy person, who has lived in flatshares before and would fit into our home. At least one of us works full time from home.

Sharing one bathroom is not an issue. We have a mixture of morning and evening slots.
