A cosy, furnished single / small double room will be available in our friendly 4-bedroom flatshare from the 18th of December (or earlier if needed!).
The room comes with a small double bed (with handy storage underneath), a wardrobe, a small desk and a chest of drawers. We also have a shared storage cupboard that’s perfect for extra suitcases or bits you don’t need day-to-day.
You’ll be sharing with a lovely South African couple, a British guy and an Irish girl — we’re a relaxed, respectful household who enjoy a calm and comfortable home.
Rent: £584.28 per month, due on the 18th
Deposit: £493.43
Our landlords will ask for references, a UK bank account, and proof of permanent employment. We have wonderful landlords and have lived in the property for many many years.
Bills: Paid on the 1st of each month and usually come to £100–£150. This covers 1-Gig Virgin Media broadband, water, council tax, house insurance, gas/electricity, household essentials (like cleaning products) and the TV licence.
The current lease runs until 18th April 2026 and renews annually. Everyone in the flat is registered on the lease.
We’re looking for someone tidy, considerate, and familiar with flatshare living — someone who’ll fit in and enjoy the space as much as we do. At least one of us works from home full-time, so we appreciate a respectful and easygoing atmosphere.
