We are currently looking for a flatmate to share our lovely house at SW17. The property is located in a quiet and residential area just 5 min walk away from Tooting Bec underground station (Northern line). The property is very close to St George's Hospital, Tooting and Clapham Common.
The room will be available from the 5tht of August 2024.
The single room is very bright and cozy and it is equipped with a 1.5-width bed, wardrobe, and bedside table. Rent: £750 with bills included.
About us: We are two young professionals gay guys so gay-friendly people are more than welcome. We are normally very busy and working long shifts. However, on our days off we enjoy cooking, having a nice chat, or going out for meals or drinks. We look after the house and we like to keep it clean and nice.
