Double room, month of Feb, Next to the common

Hi there,

I’m going away for the month of February from so this ad is for a one month short-term let. My room is a lovely double room which is airy and light. We have a very good sized lounge/ diner and a lovely kitchen with an additional bathroom and separate toilet. We’re a very friendly young professional bunch who enjoy socialising or sitting on the common (a stone’s throw).

About you: if you’re coming to London for the month or needing somewhere to stay while finding permanent residence then this would be ideal for you. It is in South London in a lovely building with friendly flat mates. We are after someone trustworthy and sociable.
