Cosy and friendly flat in SW London

Hello :) Our names are Izzie and Maia- we are looking for someone to join us in our flat from mid November. We live in Tooting Bec; 2-3 min walk to the tube and the common, and a 15 minute walk to Balham. We have a double bedroom available. The flat has one bathroom, a good sized communal living space, and a nice patio garden at the back. The room will be £875 a month plus approximately £90 bills, including council tax. There will also be a deposit payment of £788.46 and a T. V license payment to be transferred to our previous tenant.

We are 28 and 29 years old. We are both professionals who have been living in London for 4 years. We are not huge party animals but really enjoy socialising, for example at the pub etc. Happy to answer any questions; let me know if you are interested :)
