We have a good sized double room to rent in a friendly, spacious 3 bedroom flat in Tooting Bec. The current flatmates are two female working professionals aged 27. I am looking to replace my room.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a fully furnished bathroom; on the top floor there is a second bathroom, kitchen and large living room.

The bedroom itself has a double bed with a wardrobe and there is plenty of room for a desk and additional furniture.

Tooting Bec tube station (Northern line) and Tooting Bec Common are less than five minutes’ walk away. It is a 10 minute walk to Tooting Broadway and Balham.
