Spacious split-level flat in Tooting Bec/Balham

Hi! I'm Jack.

I've lived in this flat for around 5 years, and my friend is moving out as his friend recently became a landlord and is offering mates rates.

Our flat is located super close to the nearest tube station (1-2mins walk), and is surrounded by amenities including two Tesco stores - one of which is open 24hrs - making Asos returns super easy! Tooting Common is also at the end of our road, which is great for running and/or walks.

The flat itself is spread across the second and third floor of the building, and has a living room (with dining table), separate kitchen, bathroom, and then two double bedrooms on the upper floor. Being split across two levels makes the flat feel even bigger, and is great for any night where we're both feeling antisocial and want to chill in separate rooms! We also get the nicest evening sunsets and the flat itself is very bright and warm.

Ideally looking for someone of a similar age. Preference for another LGBT male, but certainly not a dealbreaker. All races, religions, sexualities welcome, so send me a message!

A bit about me - I'm 33 (although often mistaken for 25 - had to throw that in there...), working in the creative industry.
I'm freelance and don't work 9-5, meaning that if you do, we won't be fighting over the shower in the morning! Love meeting new people, so I'd love to have your friends round for dinner. I go to a lot of gigs and can often get guestlist - if that's not selling me then I'm not sure what will, haha! Clean but not pedantically so - happy for the flat to look like somebody actually lives here. Enjoy cooking, but no Gordon Ramsay either. Partial to a gin. Owner of many house plants, so if you like living in a jungle then you're in the right place.

On top of the rent, we pay approx £100-150 in total for gas, elec, internet, council tax, and water.

As for move in date, it can be any time after 17th November, but must be before 17th December (that's the deadline my landlord's given me!).
