Hello - we're looking for a new housemate😀

We have a double room available from 27th July 2026. Our housemate who is moving out has been in the house for 2 years and is now moving back home.

We're less than a 10-minute walk from Tooting Bec Underground Station and a stone's throw away from Tooting Commons.

The bedroom is upstairs facing the road and is partly furnished, the bedframe and wardrobe are available for sale. Bills range from £80-£120 throughout the year.

We are all professionals and work similar hours Monday to Friday. Weekdays we like to keep a fairly chilled atmosphere in the house and weekends we are often out and about but we also like to go for a few drinks as a house every now and then. We all get on as friends but also have our friends too!

We are looking for someone respectful and friendly and who likes to socialise with the rest of the house. We are all really tidy, and everyone does their bit. We look forward to meeting you!
