We’re looking for someone laid back and friendly to join this quirky three-bedroom flat in Tooting Bec.
The room is a good-sized double with build in wardrobe and LOTS of natural light coming in throughout the day. Room comes with bed, chest of drawers and shelving unit. The flat is a top floor, 1-bath with communal kitchen/lounge area.
Current flatmates are two Irishmen, Des and David.
I’m Des (35), I’ve been living in the flat for the last 2 and a half years and have had a really great time here. I work in People and Culture for a tech startup based in Shoreditch. I’m unapologetically a trash tv fan and do my best to keep fit as an amateur rower and am squad captain of my “local” club based in East London.
David (32) has been living here since September and has been an awesome addition. David is a Psychologist working at a local hospital, a keen cook and bookworm and great for the chats.
Both sociable guys, and enjoy a night out, but this isn't a party house so looking for like-minded individuals.
The Landlord is very laid back. However, the paper work is handled by an agency.
Tooting Bec station is literally 2min away as are LOTS shops (Lidl, Sainsburys, Tesco, Tooting arena) and the Wheatsheaf!
RENT = £550.00
DEPOSIT = £400.00 + £50.00 for the agency (for reference check etc.)
BILLS = £135
Who our ideal housemate would be:
