Looking for three friendly housemates for homely 🏡

Looking for three housemates for our lovely home from the 17th of July. It will be a new contract so a 12 month lease. One friend is moving back to aus, another in with her boyfriend, and the third got a cheap rent offer she couldn’t refuse!

Two of the rooms are considerably large, the upstairs one has loads of inbuilt storage and the downstairs one has beautiful big glass doors out onto the garden! The smaller room is v cute, light, and cosy :)

Bills -£70 (approx.) pcm

We live a short walk from Tooting-Bec station and the common. Our interests include yoga, running, gardening, cooking, salsa, reading and music. We work as a social worker and for a publishing house and are both veggie.

We’re very sociable and ultimately are friends so looking for someone to join the crew 🙂 We have made a big effort to ensure it’s a home as opposed to a co-habited space. While we have our own busy lives, we often spend time together on evenings and weekends. We treat both the house and each other with respect, pitching in to keep it clean and tidy as much as possible and except for the odd occasion, are not a party house. We are therefore looking for people who share these values!

We have a large garden, spacious living room and kitchen, and bathrooms both up and downstairs.

Generally we have been paying approx. £70 per month for bills but that’s about the max.
