Double room available from Mid September

I’m looking to rent out the second bedroom in my apartment, available to rent from 20th September

It’s furnished with a brand new double matress & bed frame, a mirrored wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. The main bedroom has an en-suite so you would have full use of the main bathroom.

Your housemate works in the city and often works from the office but works 2/3 days from
home during the week.

The rent is inclusive of bills including sky broadband, TV and Netflix but you’d be required to split the heating bill (circa £50 a month) and the cleaner (circa £45 a month)
