Looking for a New Housemate!

We’re on the hunt for a lovely new housemate to join us in our huge and homely 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, just a three-minute walk from Tooting Bec station!

The house is massive and full of charm – it’s got:

- 4 spacious bedrooms

- 2 bathrooms (you’ll be sharing one with two others)

- A large living room

- A huge kitchen (with two fridges, so no fighting for space!)

- A courtyard garden, perfect for BBQs in the summer

We’re tucked away in a quiet mews behind private gates, offering a little slice of calm while being just minutes from the Northern Line.

The room:

A good-sized double room, fully furnished, large chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, a large built in wardrobe & a built in desk, ideal for working from home.

£752 PCM + bills (£100–£150 depending on the season)

Sharing a main bathroom with two others
(We also have a handy downstairs loo!)

Access to a large storage cupboard for suitcases and more

We also have a fortnightly cleaner (£15 each) and would hope you’ll join in keeping our lovely home tidy.

Who you’ll be living with:
Three professional ladies who make the house feel like home:

Laura, 28 (originally from Yorkshire),

Megan, 31 (a South African-Aussie combo), and

Nekita, 26 (our newest Kiwi addition).

They’re friendly, easygoing, and looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, and up for the occasional house catch-up or drinks/dinner out together.

I’ve been happily living here for 7 years and am only moving out because I’ve bought my own place. However, the move-in date is yet to be confirmed, as I’m waiting to finalise my exchange (likely early January). So to highlight, this would best suit someone with a bit of flexibility in their timeline.
